Moxy

I was approached by MCA to create three bespoke large Murals for a new hotel (Moxy) opening on Sackville street (just off O’Connell street) in Dublin. They asked me to create an Irish theme street art mural incorporating the primary colour purple from the hotel logo. 7up Mural

I was approached by Havas advertising agency to paint a 7up Free street art mural on Lessons street in Dublin. They wanted to paint a large mural of the iconic 7up character Fido. You could spot the mural from a far distance, instantly recognizing the character and logo. Into the west (Laois)

My latest mural complete on the 10/06/2019 and biggest to date. It is inspired by the 1992 Irish movie ‘Into the West’ where some of the movies iconic scenes where shot at this Savoy cinema in Portarlington. Opium rooms (Dublin, Kevin’s st)

One of our biggest projects was for the well known nightclub and restaurant opium rooms located in Dublin city center. For this project the owners were going for a Japaneses style approach so we sent them a few mock ups, they were extremely happy with the designs. One the most challenging projects we came up against was The Counter in Dundrum. For this project they wanted us to create an urban look with a Newyork skyline on 2 huge featured walls and a smaller wall. This project was a big one it was located in Ireland’s most famous concert venue. The guys wanted us to paint 3 musically influenced pictures that were interacting with each other in the premium VIP area of the 3 arena. We were approached by the client, a software development company in the health care industry to create an original mural that included the 5 cities where Oneview Health Care are located across the world, a robot/android and a heart being at the center of the peice . Eddie rockets approached us to come up with a design for a huge wall over looking one of Dublin’s busiest streets! All they wanted was for us to include there poster girl and for us to enjoy coming up with the rest of the wall. RENAULT (Dublin)

This was to advertise Renault’s new electric car, the Renault Zoe. The wall it was to be painted on overlooked a busy road so we knew we had to create an eye catching image. We sent are designs to Renault and they were extremely happy with the first draft. We incorporated the pipes that were already on the wall to create green leaves to come out of them to compliment the green energy saving car. Read more…

SKY BACKPACKERS (Dublin, Temple bar)

We were approached by Sky Backpackers to create 20 portraits of iconic Irish musicians for there popular hostel in Dublin city. The colourful portraits welcome tourists and give them some flavor of Irish culture. STRUMPET CITY (COMMISSIONED BY DUB CC)

We were approached by Dublin city council to promote the historical Irish novel Strumpet city by James Plunkett written in 1913. The goal of this project was to paint on 12 traffic light boxes dotted around the city center. The project took under a week and gained lots of attention for the book featuring a qr code which invited the public to interact with the painting and to learn more about the novel.

Portlaoise Leisure Center

We were approached by FirstFortnight a mental health awareness charity to create a mural on the side of Portlaoise leisure center to help promote positivity. It was a huge wall and a massive undertaking but luckily we were assisted by a group of volunteers! The end product looked great and always nice to help a worthy cause. GardenShop.ie

This was our first project in our local town, it was an advertising wall for an online garden center that is well known in the Midlands and across Ireland. The owner wanted there logo in the middle and for us to design our own background and arrows, we came back with the same image you see in the picture and he was over the moon with the design. For this project the owners of the restaurant wanted us to spray paint a geometric design on 3 walls with one of the walls having our one own designs of a character. We sent them over our ideas and they were happy for us to get painting straight away. Chopped (Dublin, Smithfield)

We were approached by millimeter designs to create a large scale mural in the newly opening Chopped restaurant in Smithfield Dublin. The brief included local architecture in Smithfield, the owners 2 sons and his dog. A challenging brief but the client was happy with the design we created none the less! Joesph Plunkett (Waterford, Train station)

This project was for the train station in Waterford. It was a commemoration for a leader of the 1916 rising and a legend in Irish history, Joesph Mary Plunkett which was also the name of the Waterford train station. They were married in Waterford immediately after the Norman invasion of Ireland in 1170.
