A piece with extreme detail and complex stencil technique painted on Liberty Lane. ‘The Miss’ is the first installment of a new series titled ‘unsocial media’. The series is meant to poke fun and question the overuse of social media in today’s society.
I arrived a day before to paint over my ‘Aim Well’ street piece, which to my surprise, lasted over a year on the Iconic street art lane. I figured it was time to change it up. I painted the piece on a very rainy day, not ideal conditions for painting a piece let alone with stencil. I painted the piece the same day I painted the 7up free mural, a long and rewarding day which you can check out here. ‘The Miss’ was a challenging creation from the design to the day of the painting but overall i was happy with the finished product.
