First Fortnight Collaboration
During the First Fortnight festival, a national mental health awareness initiative. We were honored to be approached by the charity to create a mural aimed at spreading a message of hope and positivity. The chosen canvas was the expansive exterior wall of Portlaoise Leisure Centre, an ambitious and inspiring space to work with. Tackling such a large-scale project was no small feat, but we were incredibly fortunate to have the support of a dedicated group of volunteers. Their energy and enthusiasm helped bring the vision to life, transforming the blank wall into a vibrant and uplifting piece of public art that reflects the core values of First Fortnight: connection, creativity, and compassion.
