Recently commissioned mural in Castleisland, Co. Kerry.
One of my largest projects to date spanning a canvas of over 150 square metres.
Collaborating closely with local historian and archaeologist Robert McGuire, we designed a piece that captures the area’s rich medieval history, including the 1580 battle of the castle involving the Earl of Desmond.
The huge canvas is positioned on the site of the original castle walls, where some remnants of the old structure are still visible.
